when you open the hood ,there's a diagram there on a sticker that shows exactly how to do this, follow it and it will walk you through it,the one thing you have to watch is make sure you get it lined back up right and remember to check it once its been started and make sure it running on all the pulleys right ,good luck on it.

There may be a sticker on the support near the radiator that shows the routing of the belts. If not, look before you take the old one off if it isn't broken. Find the tensioner, and put on a wrench to apply pressure to release the tension, remove the old belt. Route the new one in place, then remove tension on the tensioner and slip it in place (having a helper is recommended there), then release the tension. You're good to go. Make sure the new belt is seated in all the places it's supposed to be.
not all gm have stickers of how to replace get haynes, chilton manual,or go to library,or see if dealer will print it off there computer
a little 4 cylinder seems easy enough. if it is the side winder type a plastic cover behind the right front wheel comes off to get a clear access to the pulley's. most auto parts stores that sell the belt can access a diagram and print it out for you
