i had a 99 taurus and i tried to use a normal socket but if you try that, the 15mm socket will go on but the wrench won't .so i had to get a serpentine belt tool i got mine at sears for about 50 but i saw them at some auto store for less some store may let you rent the tool. the tool cam with 3 different socket ends and 3 different open wrench ends
