There is a belt tensioner with a 15mm bolt, put a closed end wrench on the nut, attach a long closed end wrench to the open side of the 15mm wrench (to add leverage) and turn the pulley upward (clockwise) Pay attention to the belt routing and install the belt the same way adding it to the tensioner last. Get a manual any way to provide info and instruction on routine repairs.
There's a 15mm bolt on the end of the tensioner, put a LONG wrench on the bolt, and push down to relieve the pressure. Best bet on replacement is to thread everything EXCEPT the alternator, a helper can then grab the top of that belt, and place it on the pulley as you push down on the wrench attached to the tensioner.
