I do not know specifically for your car, but in general one of the pulleys will pivot. Attach socket wrench to the bolt on that pulley and turn it to untension the belt. Note: you may need to turn the wrench the opposite direction then you expect to untension.
Put on new belt following the belt diagram which should be on the hood. The diagram may also indicate which pulley pivots.

The pulley that pivots is called the belt tensioner and it is spring loaded with a really strong spring. Most belt tensioners have a square hole in the swing arm of the tensioner that uses a 3/8 inch flex handle or ratchet. If you don't want to buy a flex handle and none of your friends has one you can rent one.
