I want to try changing the 2 serpentine belts on my 2003 Dodge Intrepid.?

The employee at AutoZone says that all I likely have to do is loosen a bolt for the tensioner, take the belt off and put a new one on, then re-tighten the tensioner.

Is that all there is too it? Is is a tight space that I'll be working in or should I expect the car to give me some resistance? I'm pretty handy with tools and working on my car changing brakes and stuff, just so you know my experience level...

Thanks!

I would say if you are up to a challenge do it. I changed the serpentine belt in my 02 subaru impreza, it was a very tight space. Getting it off was easy, Just loosen the tensioner and pull the belt off. Putting it back on is the real challenge though but save some money and do it yourself. Good luck.
