on the left side of the motor, you will find the tensioner pulley. It is not spring loaded os you have to (slightly) loosen the bolt in the center of the pulley, and then back off the tension rod. its right underneath the top component (can't recall atm it the a/c compressor or alternator is above it). but look for the pully on the left side of the motor, up top, with the long tension bolt goin g through the back.

Use a breaker bar with the appropriate sized socket. It's best of you have another person remove the belt while you pull on the tensioner.
Under the powersteering pump on the driverside is where the tensioner. Loosen the bolt in the middle of the pulley (just a little bit it's a 14mm) then off to the left of that is another 14mm loosen that and the pulley will move away .
