I just changed out the serpentine belt hoping it would stop the squealing and it hasn't what else could it be?

Most likely the belt tensioner has gone bad. Either the spring in it is getting weak, or the bearings are getting bad. Sometimes the tensioner arm starts to wear, and it will let the pulley get out of alignment.

Take a look at it for alignment problems while the belt is on, and if that looks ok, take the belt back off and check the bearings in that and all the other devices that the belt runs.

the belt tensioner is done and loose, or its your A/C compressor gong bad on its bearings!!
What kind of car?

Does it have an automatic tension er?
It is very possibly a pulley that you hear squeeling. It isn't really the belt that squeels anyway. it is the bearings on the pulley.
Look at the belt tensioner. If it is worn, it is not pulling the belt with enough force.
your tensioner has gone bad. you must replace the tensioner...not the pully but the actual tensioner the spring loaded part. Been there done that several times I work in a garage and trust me that is the problem
The same thing happened to me, it was the tensioner, take the belt back off and check all the pulleys. Mine was a ford explorer
more than likely its a pulley most of the time it is the smooth pulleys that make noise.
alternator bearings

waterpump bushing

a/c compressor

belt tensioner
if its a buick it will never stop mine has done that for 3 years
idler tension spring, or the idler pulley bearing.
A/C compressor bearing.
You will need to change your belt tensioner its bearing is wearing out.
don't do this because it wont work, and my recommendation is spray armorall on the belts (it could be the pulley is glazed), if this doesn't stop the squeak then it is the bearings in the pulleys....

David M is right, my recommendation is a band-aid to 16 stitch gash...
