Does entire Motor Mount need to be removed to change Serpentine Belt on 98' Grand Am V6?

When changing the Serpentine Belt on a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am V6, does the entire passenger side Motor Mount need to be entirely removed? Can I just remove a few of the bolts on one side and raise or lower the engine slightly to slip the belt past the motor mount? What%26#039;s the easiest method for this replacement?|||i do these and i just raise the engine up a little on it,you can get the belt through that way ,i own a shop, and these aren%26#039;t any fun at all to change, good luck with it.|||yes it does. I did one on a Grand Am and had to remove it.|||Yes, the motor mount has to come out. That is the easiest way, and I have tried all of them. Good luck|||Yes. Unfortunately you do, but just enough to feed the belt through. Hold the engine up and be careful where you raise it up at. Can damage the oil pan. It is cast aluminum.|||YES AND NO, DEPENDING IF YOU HAVE A FLOOR JACK, YOU CAN REMOVE IT COMPLETELY FOR AN EASIER JOB OR YOU CAN RAISE THE ENGINE SLIGHTLY AND SLIP THE BELT OUT THAT WAY.|||best thing is to remove the mount it is easier,
