Does anyone have a step by step guide to changing the serpentine belt on a 1994 Vauxhall Cavalier?

Your local library has auto repair manuals. Make sure to make a diagram of how the belt goes around all the pulleys and belt tensioner BEFORE you remove the belt. Otherwise you won%26#039;t remember how it was installed. Take a photograph with a digital camera. You%26#039;ll need about a 1/2 inch (metric?) socket drive that fits into the side of the tensioner pulley to rotate it and release the tension. Use duct tape to temporarily hold the belt in place under the engine damper pulley because it will keep coming off while your trying to thread the belt through the other pulleys.|||The best thing for you to do if you know how to work on a car is too go to a parts store and buy a book for the type car that you have. It should show you how to do the work that you want information on. My husband has done this many times.
